Dukkah Seasoning

This delicious dukkah season we use to sprinkle over a lot of our recipes. Make a batch and store it in an airtight container in the pantry to use time and time again.

1 cup roasted almonds (toasted under grill ) 1 cup white or black sesame seeds (lightly toasted under grill) 1 tbsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp mixed herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary, oregano) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp panela (swap for coconut sugar or raw sugar)

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency. We prefer a finer texture. Taste and adjust spices and seasonings to suit your taste buds then store in airtight container for up to 1 month
